Café Slavia is proud to Václav Krejčík, head pastry chef and his team. His cakes are delicious and they have original design.
Václav was head pastry chef at hotel Intercontinental, for 21 years. He gains foreign experience in Chicago, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam - Hanoi and otrher foreign countries and cities. Václav Krejčík was awarded the Order of St. Ambrose for promoption and presentation Czech confectionery craft and he is acredited commissioner AKC for junior and senior confectionery competitions.
